Growing up half-Korean, my mom used to always cook delicious salmon with this recipe. My mom was also a pescatarian, so many of my favorite Korean dishes were fish-based. This Korean salmon bulgogi recipe is a marinade I love so much I make it every week.
Bulgogi is essentially a Korean-style barbecue sauce and marinade you’ll typically find with beef and pork. The rich sweet and salty flavors create a burst of umami in every bite that you will fall in love with. It’s a BBQ sauce that you will definitely want to use regularly for your Korean cooking.
The great part about this marinade is that it works on almost any kind of meat, so be sure to bookmark this for future dinners.
One of the best parts about using salmon is cooking up delicious cuts of fish from my Wild Alaskan Company subscription box. They send high-quality wild-caught fish directly to your door shipped from the crystal clear waters of Alaska. Try it out yourself and get a $15 discount on your first box!
