If you’re craving a scrumptious comfort-food dessert that will ring all the comfort-food bells, you’re in for a treat. I’m a HUGE fan of PRI Manuka Honey and wanted to take sweetness to the next level. This is by far the best Manuka honey banana pudding recipe I’ve ever made, and I’m excited to share it with you.
Made with scrumptious banana slices and ooey gooey vanilla pudding and cool whip, this Nilla wafer cookie creation is one of the best ways to sweeten up your palate after dinner. However, since I absolutely LOVE PRI Manuka Honey, I decided to add a whole new level of sweetness to this traditional American dessert.

What kind of dish should I use for banana pudding?
Traditionally, this dessert is made in a trifle dish so you can see the beautiful layers. If you don’t have a trifle dish laying around, you can make this in any glass baking dish. If you want to make individual servings, you can also put them in glass jars.
Can I make my own pudding or do I need boxed pudding?
If you have a killer pudding recipe, by all means go for it! I just happen to love using boxed pudding because it’s easy and still tastes delicious. You can also experiment by using different pudding flavors, not just vanilla.
How long will banana pudding last in the refrigerator?
One of the best ways to enjoy banana pudding is to make it the night before. This allows the pudding to settle and keep cool, though you could eat it immediately. After making the pudding, it can last up to 4-5 days. Keep in mind, the cookies will get a bit soggy, but I personally like it a little soggier since it turns into a cake-like texture.
