Korean Salmon Bulgogi Recipe

An easy and delicious Korean barbecue marinade on a crispy flaky baked salmon.

Ingredients

  • 2 Wild Alaskan Company Sockeye Salmon filets
  • 1 TBSP mirin
  • 3 TBSP soy sauce
  • 1 TBSP sesame oil
  • 2 TBSP sugar
  • 2 TBSP minced garlic
  • 1 TBSP grated ginger

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F.

  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add your mirin, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, and ginger and stir until you get a nice marinade.

  3. Slice your salmon into 1 inch thick strips.

  4. Place your salmon in the marinade and mix around until all the pieces are covered. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  5. Place your salmon strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 6 minutes.

  6. Top with sesame seeds and serve.
