Delicious banana pudding with a healthy Manuka Honey twist
Grab a large mixing bowl or use a mixing bowl from your mier. Add the powdered pudding mix and the oat milk and beat for about 2 minutes (or your own recipe).
Add the condensed milk into the mixture and blend until smooth.
Place the vanilla extract in the mixture and fold in the whipped topping.
Add 1 TBSP of PRI Manuka Honey and mix until smooth.
Next, grab your glass dish and start layering in the goodies. Begin with the wafers at the bottom of the bowl. Then, add your banana slices to make tiny little stacks. Top it off with a good layer of pudding. Repeat this 3-4 times until the dish is filled almost to the top.
Top off with a layer of whipped cream.
Take a plastic bag and crush up some of the vanilla wafer cookies. Top the dish off with the crushed cookies.
Cover the dish and refrigerator overnight. Serve cold!
