Clean Green Ice Block Popsicle Recipe

A delicious healthy popsicle recipe alternative of your favorite childhood summer treat!

Ingredients

  • 12 fl oz coconut water
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 small green apple
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 3-4 tbsp maple syrup to taste
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Chop the cucumber into small chunks and add it to the blender.

  2. Chop half a green apple and add it to the blender.

  3. Add 12 fl oz of coconut water to the blender.

  4. Slice up one avocado and add it to the blender.

  5. Add 1 tablespoon of lime juice to the blender.

  6. Add 3-4 tablespoons of maple syrup. PRO TIP: make sure to add a little more sweetness to your mixture. When the popsicles free, they look a bit of their sweetness so add a little extra to counteract this effect.

  7. Blend all the ingredients until they are creamy and smooth in texture.

  8. Put the molds in the freeze for at least 4 hours or until frozen.
