A delicious healthy popsicle recipe alternative of your favorite childhood summer treat!
Chop the cucumber into small chunks and add it to the blender.
Chop half a green apple and add it to the blender.
Add 12 fl oz of coconut water to the blender.
Slice up one avocado and add it to the blender.
Add 1 tablespoon of lime juice to the blender.
Add 3-4 tablespoons of maple syrup. PRO TIP: make sure to add a little more sweetness to your mixture. When the popsicles free, they look a bit of their sweetness so add a little extra to counteract this effect.
Blend all the ingredients until they are creamy and smooth in texture.
Put the molds in the freeze for at least 4 hours or until frozen.
