Packed and loaded with flavor coming from delicious and nutritious fruits and vegetables, this is an excellent sweet treat that's good for the mind and soul. The creamy and decadent flavor of the avocado helps bring out an almost ice cream-like texture.

Also, the sweetness of the maple syrup creates a burst of flavor that is unparalleled. With a iight touch of lemon/lime juice or acidity, this is one of the best balanced tasting popsicle I've ever made.

So, without further ado, here's how to make the Clean Green Ice Block popsicles.

Ingredients

  • 12 fl oz of coconut water
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 small green apple
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 3-4 tablespoons of maple syrup to taste
  • a pinch of salt

Directions

1. Chop the cucumber into small chunks and add it to the blender.

2. Chop half a green apple and add it to the blender.

3. Add 12 fl oz of coconut water to the blender.

4. Slice up one avocado and add it to the blender.

5. Add 1 tablespoon of lime juice to the blender.

6. Add 3-4 tablespoons of maple syrup. PRO TIP: make sure to add a little more sweetness to your mixture. When the popsicles free, they look a bit of their sweetness so add a little extra to counteract this effect.

7. Blend all the ingredients until they are creamy and smooth in texture.

8. Add your mixture into the popsicle molds with a funnel to where theres about 1cm (1/2 inch) of space at the top so the mixture can expand when it freezes.

9. Put the molds in the freeze for at least 4 hours or until frozen.

And voila! Now you can enjoy this delicious childhood snack without the guilt.
